It’s part of our ethos to maintain close relationships with professionals in the dental world.
We work in collaboration with a panel of dentists and attend all major international industry events. We stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments and have developed partnerships with recognised opinion leaders and preeminent universities.
The company relies on four R&D “Centres of Expertise” located in North America and Europe for the development of new products. We also dedicate a significant part of our resources to transforming ideas into registered products for the benefit of both practitioners and their patients.
As the worldwide leader in local anaesthetics, we are committed to improving anaesthetics with tailored efficacy, increased security and reduced pain. As a result, Septodont has introduced a range of innovative products for pain control including:
•Ultra Safety Plus, a single-use sterile injectable device with a protective sheath and handle to reduce your exposure to an accidental needle stick.
•Septoject XL, a dental needle designed with a larger interior diameter to reduce pressure at injection.
Septodont has introduced an innovative range of products in dental surgery. We recently launched R.T.R®, a β-tricalcium phosphate bone grafting material that helps to safely promote new bone formation following an extraction or any bone loss.
We also developed and patented two breakthrough technology platforms, with exciting applications in restorative and endodontic segments. The first platform is the ‘Nano-Dimer Conversion Technology®’ that led to the launch of N’Durance™, a range of breakthrough composite solutions, combining low shrinkage and high conversion for extra biocompatibility and durability.
The second platform is the ‘Active Biosilicate Technology™’ that will lead to the launch of a range of breakthrough biocompatible and bioactive materials with indications across restoration and endodontics.
Looking to the future, Septodont is encouraging academic research on dental drugs that will regenerate tooth pulp and bone tissue.
